Thank you for choosing Del's Popcorn Shop.  Here are some things you should know.

Once your package leaves our shop, we have lost all control of it.  UPS will delivery your package according to their own rules and regulations.  We are dealing with food product that UPS will not guarantee.  If the package is left on a porch and ants or other animals get into it we are not responsible. 

The weather outside both here in Decatur, Illinois and on route to where your package is being shipped can affect the quality of your product.  Unfortunately, Del's products do not ship well in hot, humid weather.  Keep in mind your package will be traveling in a UPS truck or sitting in a building which may or may not have air conditioning.

Caramel apples are delicious!  They are only available September 1 - October 31.  Unfortunately, they do not ship well in warm weather and do not have a very long shelf life.  We would strongly suggest expediting your shipping process so that your package is received within two days.
